● Using a 4.6-meter-wide Karl Mayer combined warp knitting machine to ensure even yarn arrangement and consistent tension.
● Multiple 4.4-meter wide air-jet looms, with high weaving efficiency.
● Introduced multiple imported 4.6-meter-wide Donier looms, with high-density, and high-performance fiberglass cloth to meet the stringent requirements of high-end industrial and composite materials fields.

HIGH PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY LEVEL

GED's products mainly use glass fiber fine yarn single or composite (the main yarn models are: G25、G37、G75、G150、DE75, E225、E110、D450、D900、B150、BC150), Expanded yarn, synthetic and Kevlar yarns are woven into flat weave, diagonal weave, satin weave, and twisted weave grids, with a maximum width of 4.4 meters, thickness ranging from 0.05mm to 1.20mm, and a weight of 40 grams per square meter to 2000 grams per square meter.

We can also design, research, develop, and produce new products according to customer requirements.
